Course Overview: Sexual Misconduct Risk management helps WHO to address Sexual Misconduct (SM) more effectively by enabling the Organization to be proactive in addressing SM, empowering accountable leadership, personnel and implementing partners (IPs) to uphold zero tolerance for all forms of sexual misconduct, and strengthening the commitment to do-no-harm to people WHO serve and its workforce. The WHO's three-year strategy on preventing and responding to sexual misconduct requires all Heads of WHO country offices (HWCOs), regional offices, and WHO headquarters programmes to complete the annual sexual misconduct risk assessment. This training will give you an introduction to WHO's Sexual Misconduct Risk Management and details, step-by-step, how to use the SM risk management tool to identify risks and develop related mitigation plans.

Learning objectives: By the end of this training, you will identify and mitigate sexual misconduct risks in WHO country offices or in the technical/normative programmes in WHO regional offices and Headquarters using the SM risk management tool.
