В ВОЗ термин "сексуальный проступок" - это всеобъемлющее выражение, используемое для обозначения всех форм запрещенного сексуального поведения сотрудников или сотрудников по отношению к коллегам или представителям общественности в местах, где работают сотрудники и/или сотрудники ВОЗ. Этот термин включает сексуальную эксплуатацию, злоупотребления, домогательства и все другие связанные с ними формы сексуального проступка.
Руководство ВОЗ, сотрудники и государства-члены глубоко привержены ускорению нашей коллективной работы по предотвращению сексуальных проступков и реагированию на них. Однако все мы знаем и признаем, что можно и нужно сделать больше, и сделать быстро.
На этом канале представлены учебные ресурсы для укрепления компетенций по предотвращению сексуальных проступков и реагированию на них. Обучение и непрерывная подготовка необходимы для того, чтобы персонал и наши партнеры-исполнители могли соответствовать стандартам, установленным политикой ВОЗ и Кодексом этики и профессионального поведения, а также требованиям и ожиданиям системы Организации Объединенных Наций, Межучрежденческого постоянного комитета и его партнеров.
